Honey's Green Garden Furniture is manufactured exclusively from top grade Teak. All timber has been extracted from accredited renewable forestation schemes. In addition, only solid brass fittings are used in the assembly of our furniture.

Over the centuries, shipwrights and cabinetmakers have used Teak whenever extreme weather conditions demanded. The natural oil content makes teakwood resistant to rot, and therefore an obvious choice when making garden furniture.

Teak furniture does not need to be stored during the winter and can be left outside all year round. If untreated, Teak will take on a natural silvery hue as it weathers. Alternatively, it can be treated with teak oil, which maintains the colour and enhances the grain of the wood.

Our Genuine Teak must not be confused with the cheaper and inferior African Iroko, sometimes referred to as "African Teak".
